Mike Donohue
CPT, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, and USA Weightlifting Coach
​​​​​​​​​​​​Since 2006, Mike has been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In May of 2013, Mike was promoted to black belt by world champion black belt, Vicente Junior. With a background in wrestling, Mike has always had a competitive drive. He has competed in local and national level BJJ tournaments and has had successes.

Mike is also a Certified Personal trainer and teaches part-time at the National Personal Training Institute in Philadelphia, PA. His love of weightlifting motivated him to earn his certification as a USA Weightlifting level 1 coach. Mike has trained and guided clients successfully to reach their health and fitness goals including his wife, Julie, who he trained for the Miss Delaware pageant and won the Swimsuit and Fitness award.

Ryan Belasco is a professional boxer with over 20 years of experience. Ryan began training at the age of seven and fighting competitively by age nine. As an amateur, he competed in many states, districts, and national tournaments. In 2001, Ryan won the Golden Gloves Central District Championship. In 2006, Ryan turned pro and still competes on a professional level today.

In the Fall of 2012, Ryan graduated from The National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) receiving a personal training and basic nutrition certification. Now specializing in personal health, ranging from basic fitness to sport specific training, Ryan looks forward to sharing the knowledge he has gained to help you reach your personal health and fitness goals.​
